What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 days, delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after shipping
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are carefully packed at our headquarters in Butte, Montana (205 W Park St, Butte, US 59701) before beginning their journey to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally! However, we’re currently unable to deliver to certain parts of Asia and some remote locations. We’re working on expanding our reach every day!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can follow your decor’s adventure across the globe as it makes its way to your creative sanctuary!

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. After processing, your items will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space! You have 15 days after receiving your items to initiate a return if you’re not completely satisfied. Your space should bring you nothing but joy!

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles and other intimate items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Why don’t you ship to some locations?
We’re constantly working to expand our shipping network, but some super remote areas and certain parts of Asia currently have delivery limitations. We’re adding new locations regularly!
